Shipping

The printed book is shipped from South Africa. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination country and the total parcel weight, using the rates published on this site. The exact charge is shown before you pay.

• Orders are dispatched after payment has been confirmed.
• Delivery estimates depend on the destination and the postal service.
• Duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking

Where a tracking number is available, it is recorded with your order and included in the shipping confirmation email.

Returns and refunds

• If your book arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and, if possible, photographs.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
• Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unopened physical books, at the buyer's shipping cost.
